General Terms and Conditions

Dash deals adheres strictly to its Terms & Conditions and expects all its customers who visit the site to agree and comply with the below mentioned rules.
In these Terms & Conditions, "we" and "us" are used in reference to Dash Deals Pty Ltd (ACN 154 841 157) of PO Box 2788, Malaga, WA 6944 Australia and "you" refers to you, the customer
Dash Deals reserves the right to correct any published errors, edit or remove content (including customer feedback), refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
We possess the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. You are not permitted to deem rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions unless you have received prior written consent from Dash Deals.
Any unauthorised rights and obligations will be deemed non-applicable and void.

Whether it is our mistake or yours, to enforce any Term or Condition does not constitute a waiver of the Term or Condition. These mistakes will in no way affect the right for Dash Deals to enforce such Term or Condition at a later stage.Dash Deals is not liable for any delay in performing its required obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such a delay is caused by circumstances or events beyond our control. If these circumstances occur, Dash Deals is entitled to a reasonable extension of time to perform its obligations.

Product Information

While we ensure that all our items showcased on the site are accurately photographed and reproduced, some may vary from the supplier's original samples. Some of our products come in various interchangeable designs (e.g. watches), which is noted in the product description; so if you are not happy with the variant you received, feel free to contact us and request a refund or exchange. All sizes quoted on this website are approximate only.
All goods advertised on the site are brand new, never before used or unboxed. The only exception we make is for items that are returned from our customers within 30 days of delivery and have been thoroughly verified as still being new and in good condition. If you discover that the item you have received appears to be tampered with or used, you are eligible to a full refund (including postage for delivery and return) under our Returns Policy.


Dash Deals reserves the right to change prices for any of its products displayed on the site at any given time. All prices displayed excludes shipping costs but includes GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax).

Order Processing

All credit card payments are processed only after you click the "Place Order" button at the end of the checkout process. Any order placed on a public holiday or weekend will not begin payment processing until the next business day.

Returns & Warranties

Consumer Guarantees

Dash Deals Returns and Warranty Policy is compliant with the Consumer Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions contravenes the application of that body of law. For more information about your rights as a consumer, see the Australian Consumer Law website at

Returning a Product if You Change Your Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase or realise you have made an incorrect choice within 30 days of delivery of the item, you are entitled to return the item for a refund under Dash Deals 'No Questions Asked' Change of Mind returns policy.

It is permissible to open the manufacturer's packaging and trial usage of the item, but the item must be returned to us in a re-saleable or 'as new' condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories, tags, labels and manuals complete and intact. Please see the 'Organising the Return of Products' section below for more details.

The refund given will not include delivery costs (i.e. neither the costs of delivering the item to you nor you returning the item to us).

The Change of Mind policy does not apply to underwear, earrings, personalised products, CDs, DVDs, computer games and console games (though blank recordable CDs and DVDs can be returned). However, if such items arrive defective or become defective within a warranty period, you may be entitled to return them for a full refund under Australian Consumer Law - these incidents will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Change of mind returns are not mandated by Australian Consumer Law but we offer a generous change of mind returns policy to give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us.

Return of Defective Items

Applicable Law
To paraphrase from the 'Your Shopping Rights' Factsheet from,

An item is defective or faulty if it

does not do what it is normally supposed to (e.g.. how it is described to function in our product description or on the product itself or its packaging) or it arrives incomplete,
is unacceptable in appearance or finish, i.e. it is scratched or tampered with,
is unsafe, or
isn't durable - breaks down or becomes unfit for purpose through normal use much sooner than it is reasonable to expect.
If a product has a minor defect (can be fixed within a reasonable time), the vendor is to provide a repair or offer you a replacement or a refund. If a product has a major defect (it cannot be fixed or it would take too long or be too difficult to fix), you are entitled to:

return the goods and receive a refund
return the goods and receive an identical replacement, or one of similar value if reasonably available, or
keep the goods and receive compensation for the drop in value caused by the problem.
Our returns policy for defective items is in keeping with the above and the details are as follows:

Return of Defective Items Policy Summary
Defective items can be returned for a full refund or replacement if:

They arrive defective.
They become defective within specified warranty period(s).
Items may have a manufacturer's/supplier's warranty(ies) stated on the product's information webpage.
For items without a manufacturer's/supplier's warranty, we offer our own Dash Deals Warranty for periods of 30 days.
Items that become defective outside of the warranty period may be entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law; these will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Where a product is defective and approved for a replacement or refund, return shipping will be arranged at the expense of Dash Deals. If a product is replaced, your replacement product becomes your property and the returned product becomes our property. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes our property.

Dash Deals Warranties
All Items sold without a manufacturer's warranty are covered by a Dash deals Warranty for 30 days.

If an item either arrives defective or becomes defective within our Warranty Period, the item can be returned for a full refund (includes all shipping costs for the item) or replacement (returns and resending shipping costs at our expense).

Manufacturer's Warranties
Many products sold through Dash deals have a Manufacturer's Warranty that typically covers the servicing, support or replacement of the product. The period and type of warranty offered is stated on the product's information webpage on our site. Further details of the Warranty are usually provided with the product (often on a Warranty Card).

If the item becomes defective, we request that you first contact the manufacturer and request a repair, remedy or replacement. We recognise that customers purchasing some products, such as electronics and computers, require a high level of technical support and therefore we would ask you to contact the manufacturer or supplier for trouble-shooting assistance. If the manufacturer or supplier is unable to assist or the warranty is no longer valid but the product is covered by a Consumer Guarantee, Dash Deals will provide a suitable remedy.

If an item with a manufacturer's warranty arrives damaged or defective, you may make a claim with us for a full refund or replacement.

Computer Hardware - Exclusions and Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, Dash deals is not liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on any media contained within electronic or computing products.

Where a computing product needs to be returned to Dash deals for replacement, repair or inspection, to the extent permitted by law Dash Deals is not liable for the loss or confidentiality of any data you may leave on the computing Product.

Organising the Return of Products

If you wish to return an item because of a change or mind or because the item arrives or becomes defective, you will need to take the following steps:

1. Please contact us by phone or email. If contacting us by email, please include (a) your order number and contact details, (b) and the reason for wishing to return the item (simply state 'change of mind' if this is the case) and (c) whether you desire a refund or replacement. A photo may be requested to assist with the assessment of your claim, particularly if the item arrives damaged in transport.

2. If we provisionally approve of your claim, we will issue you a Return Authorisation number (RAN) for the return of the items, and email you a Returns Summary Form that you must print out and enclose with your returns parcel. Products cannot be returned without an RAN.

3. Products must be posted back to us within 14 calendar days of the issuance of an RAN. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

Where possible, all products should be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. If some of these contents are not returned and cannot be sent to us, only a partial refund may be issued to you.
Any items bought as a set must be returned as a set.
Please do not stick or write anything on the item itself or its manufacturer's packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the postage packaging.
If an item was delivered with additional protective packaging, please attempt to re-package the returned item(s) with at least the same level of protective packaging as which they were sent. For example, items wrapped in bubble wrap should be returned in bubble wrap.
We recommend you purchase postage insurance for the return of expensive items because unfortunately without such insurance you will be liable for damage/loss through the post.
4. After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will arrange the refund or replacement. The refund will be performed by crediting the method of payment you used for the item originally, e.g. your credit card. When a replacement product is arranged:

a replacement for the same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense after we have received your returned product, and
the method of delivery (e.g. Express eParcel) will be the same as stated for the original product.
Returns for items sent by Courier Service/Messenger Post
Where you have received a defective product by a courier service or Messenger Post, we will make arrangements with the courier service for collection of the product, and will notify you when they will collect the product from you. Pickup times are between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Customer Service will email you Returns Summary Form that you must affix to the product.

Privacy Policy

Dash Deals ensures that all our customers are treated fairly; hence we take it upon ourselves to treat every individual's privacy with the utmost of care. Our sole aim is to make your online shopping experience safe and worry-free. So the information you provide us will be handled securely and sensitively.

By placing an order, you agree that Dash Deals may store, process and use data collected from your order form for the purposes of processing your order. The data we collect will be stored and only be accessed by authorised personnel in order to carry out our business and provide you with the best customer service possible.

You shall only receive newsletters and other promotional emails from us if you select to do so when signing up or placing an order for the first time with us. You can also unsubscribe to our emails at any stage.

If however, you breach the Terms & Conditions or are suspected of conducting fraudulent activity in your dealings with Dash deals, we reserve the right to pass on such information to the appropriate authorities.

Third Party Tracking Software

Dash Deals uses third-party tracking cookies to track visitor interactions. These cookies are used to store information, such as what time the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to the site before, and what site referred the visitor to the web page. Browsers do not share third-party cookies across domains. All your personal information will remain secure and will not be released in any form. Personal information is information that personally identifies you, such as your name, email address or billing information, or other data which can be reasonably linked to such information.

Vouchers and Discount Codes

Dash deals provides the ability for customers to redeem vouchers through our checkout system. Any voucher is to be used at the discretion of dash deals, who has the right to terminate any voucher which they believe is being misused.
